For 2009, completed projects in Bowling Green were Green River Regional Educational Cooperative, the Downtown Branch of BB&T, the new administrative building for the Bowling Green Fire Department Headquarters, Phase II of the National Corvette Museum, an office annex building and conference center addition for Fruit of The Loom Headquarters and Graves-Gilbert Clinic renovations. Buildings completed in the region include CHC-Franklin Medical Office Building, Farmers National Bank Headquarters in Scottsville, KY. the Barren River Regional Cancer Center expansion, Glasgow/Barren county Industrial Speculative Building, Morgantown Elementary School addition and the Hopkins county Ballard Convention center in Madisonville, KY.
For 2010 in Bowling Green, Scott, Murphy & Daniel will serve as the general contractor for the Sahetya Medical Office Building, Massey Springs Senior Living Community and the Bowling Green Speculative Building located in the Kentucky Transpark. Also under construction are expansions for Owl's Head Alloys and Fruit of the Loom North. Buildings under construction in the region include Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance Office, World Color (formerly Quebecor) Manufacturing building in Franklin, KY. and Martinrea-Fabco Automotive in Springfield, TN. SMD is also performing the GC packages for the Bristow Elementary School and the Monroe County Judicial Center. SMD is serving as the construction manager for Forest Park Baptist Church Fellowship Center, Holy Spirit Catholic Church and the Franklin Kentucky Ambulance Service.
