In 2010 completed projects in Bowling Green included The Saheyta Medical Institute, the Bowling Green Speculative Building located in the Kentucky Transpark, Owls Head Alloys & Metalworks Recycle, Fruit of the Loom North, and the BG Fire Department Administration Building.
Serving as the construction manager, SMD completed the Forest Park Baptist Church Family Life Center, Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Massey Springs Senior Living Community, McNeil Elementary School Expansion, and the most recent, the CHC-Hospitality House on the campus of the Medical Center at Bowling Green.
Buildings completed in the region include the Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance Office, Quad Graphics (formally WorldColor) manufacturing expansion, and the Franklin-Simpson Ambulance Service Building, all located in Franklin, Kentucky. Other completions include a manufacturing expansion Springfield Tennessee for Martinrea-Fabco Automotive and the Headquarters for Farmers National Bank in Scottsville, Kentucky.
For 2011, In Bowling Green, Scott, Murphy & Daniel will serve as the general contractor for the Bowling Green Fire Department Sub-Station Expansion at the BG/WC Airport, expansions for the Graves-Gilbert Clinic, The Villas at the Massey Springs Senior Living, and Shiloh Industries in the Kentucky Transpark.
SMD is serving as the design/builder for the expansions for TAF/Topura America Fastener, Inc., Bando USA, Inc., NASCO/NHK of America, all in Bowling Green, and the expansions of the J.M. Smuckers Company in Scottsville, Kentucky and Martinrea-Fabco in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
SMD is also serving as the design/build/construction manager for Stockdale's Rural Outfitters, the expansion of WKONA for D-1 Sports, Bowling Green Athletic Club's new location at the entry of the South Central Kentucky Industrial Park, and CHC-The Medical Center at Scottsville's new MRI building addition.
SMD will perform the General Trades Packages for the Monroe County Judicial Center and the Franklin-Simpson High School Gym.
